LIBRARY POSTER

This project was created to celebrate Hannon Library’s 70th anniversary. For the commemorative poster, the library aimed to highlight a federal agency within the Federal Depository Library Program—a government initiative that ensures public access to U.S. federal government publications at no cost. I was assigned to the U.S. Department of the Interior, which is responsible for protecting and managing our nation's land and wildlife. A significant part of this department is the U.S. National Parks, so I decided to feature recognizable symbols from some of the most popular National Parks across the country.

I hand-sketched each symbol and then digitally refined them in Illustrator, creating a continuous line unifying the design. The color palette was carefully chosen to reflect the tones commonly found in state and national park logos, enhancing the connection to these cherished natural spaces.
